Remote Amazon ASIN Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Specialist to fully manage two Amazon storefronts. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for someone with deep Amazon seller expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Complete management of two Amazon storefronts
Create and optimize new product listings
Resolve ASIN and listing issues, including tickets and suspensions
Collaborate with creative teams on photos and A+ content
Monitor inventory and provide management alerts
Generate weekly reports on sales trends, Buy Box %, and account health
Monitor customer reviews and seller feedback daily; escalate critical issues
Use Amazon Flat Files for bulk uploads and catalog error troubleshooting
Use Helium 10 or Jungle Scout for keyword and competitor tracking
Manage Amazon Brand Registry and report unauthorized sellers
Audit listings (titles, bullets, backend terms) for A9 algorithm optimization
Monitor Buy Box percentage and flag third-party impacts
Manage IPI Score to avoid storage limits and overage fees
Maintain Order Defect Rate (ODR) and address policy compliance within 24 hours
Provide real-time alerts on sales dips, account health warnings, or suspensions

FBA Inventory Management:
Maintain a target of 90 days on hand (DOH) across all ASINs
Forecast demand and build replenishment plans to hit and sustain that target
Plan inventory builds ahead of peak periods — Prime Day, Q4/holiday, promotional events
Monitor and manage storage limits and IPI score to avoid overages and restock restrictions
Coordinate inbound shipments from warehouse to Amazon warehouses end to end
Track all inbound shipments and reconcile discrepancies upon receipt
Flag risks early — stockouts, stranded inventory, aging inventory approaching long-term storage fees

Qualifications
Proven experience managing Amazon storefronts
Flat File mastery for bulk uploads and catalog troubleshooting
Proficiency with Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
Experience with Amazon Brand Registry
Strong understanding of the A9 search algorithm
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
