We're a fast-growing telehealth practice with a 4.9/5 patient rating, and we're looking for a passionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every patient we serve.

The Role
What You'll Do
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the primary point of contact for our patients — guiding them from intake through their entire weight loss journey with warmth, professionalism, and expert knowledge of our programs.

Respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, and email
Conduct onboarding calls and explain program options
Coordinate with providers and pharmacy partners
Process refill requests and track patient progress
Maintain accurate records in our patient management system
Support patients through side effects and dose adjustments
Follow up on outstanding medical intake forms
Escalate clinical concerns to the appropriate provider
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
GLP-1 PLUS
1–3 years in a patient-facing or healthcare administrative role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced telehealth environment
Empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented
Proficiency with CRM or EMR platforms
Knowledge of GLP-1 medications is a strong plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
Passion for helping patients achieve real results
