JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Advertising Manager (Instagram & Facebook) to help us secure more work and grow our client accounts. This is a part-time, remote role (4 hours) with flexible hours.

In this role, you’ll directly impact client campaigns and help scale paid social performance while working closely with the team.

Responsibilities:

Optimize Facebook and Instagram ads based on performance and conversion goals.
Manage and monitor daily/weekly ad budgets and adjust bids to maximize ROAS.
Prepare clear monthly reporting on performance, insights, and recommendations.
Upload new creatives and content into Meta’s ad programs.
Track and analyze conversion data and make datadriven decisions.

Requirements:

Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
Experience in Paid Social Media (Facebook and Instagram).
Experience in campaign optimization and A/B testing.
Experience with conversion tracking and analytics.
Experience in PPC (PayPerClick) advertising.
Strong copywriting skills and ability to write high performing ad copy.

Compensation & Logistics:

Salary: Up to $400 per month.

Shift times: 10 am – 12 pm EST.
Type of work: Parttime, 4 hours, remote.
