JOB OVERVIEW

Position Summary

The Marketing Data Analyst & CRM Manager will help bring structure, visibility, accountability, and operational efficiency to marketing performance. This role is responsible for helping track, organize, analyze, and manage data across all marketing channels, including digital campaigns, referral development efforts, field marketing activity, CRM workflows, and other core initiatives under the marketing department.

A major function of this position is owning and maintaining reporting visibility across the full marketing operation. This includes reviewing performance data, identifying trends, surfacing weak points, helping assess return on investment, improving CRM organization and reporting accuracy, and strengthening visibility into what is and is not working across the department.

This role will also support CRM management and optimization, helping maintain clean data structures, lead tracking workflows, campaign attribution, follow-up visibility, and reporting discipline across the organization. In addition, the position will assist with targeted digital content and AI-driven initiatives, including support with AI-generated video concepts, digital materials, and marketing tools that help strengthen outreach and relationship development.

The right candidate must be highly comfortable working in a fast-moving, data-driven environment and must have a strong interest in using AI as part of a modern marketing and CRM function.

This is a hands-on role built for someone who can work with numbers, reporting, CRM systems, trends, and execution without losing sight of the broader marketing objective.

Key Responsibilities

Support reporting, data analysis, and CRM visibility across all marketing channels and initiatives.

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for the marketing division, with clear visibility into activity, trends, performance, lead flow, and return on investment.

Review and analyze data tied to both digital marketing efforts and boots-on-the-ground marketing activity, helping identify what is producing results and where performance is lagging.

Help organize reporting across the full marketing function so leadership has a clear picture of performance by channel, initiative, market activity, referral activity, and team output.

Manage and help optimize CRM workflows, lead tracking structures, campaign attribution, reporting hygiene, and marketing handoff processes.

Track and analyze performance of digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, website traffic, landing pages, and other lead-generating channels.

Help establish and maintain the data points, tracking structure, CRM discipline, and reporting systems needed to evaluate campaign success accurately.

Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses focused on spend, lead flow, conversion, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and broader marketing effectiveness.

Identify weak points in campaign performance, field marketing trends, conversion flow, referral activity, CRM processes, and budget efficiency, and help surface those findings clearly to leadership.

Assist in translating marketing data into practical recommendations around budget allocation, targeting, messaging, channel mix, outreach effectiveness, CRM usage, and performance improvement.

Monitor trends over time and help flag shifts in lead quality, volume, conversion behavior, referral performance, and cost efficiency.

Support attribution and funnel visibility by helping connect marketing activity to business outcomes defined by leadership.

Help maintain data quality across reporting tools, spreadsheets, CRM systems, campaign tracking, and marketing performance records.

Assist with targeted digital content initiatives, including AI-generated video concepts, digital collateral, and practical materials that marketers can use in strengthening referral relationships.

Support high-priority initiatives tied directly to performance, visibility, growth, CRM organization, and operational execution.
