UI/UX Mobile Designer | $10,000/year (Remote)

Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Mobile Designer to lead the design and user experience of our mobile application. This role will play a key part in shaping intuitive, user-centered designs throughout various stages of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
– Design engaging, user-friendly mobile interfaces with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics
– Oversee the overall design and user experience of the app across different product cycles, from concept to iteration
– Collaborate closely with software engineers and the Product Lead to create effective and testable screen designs
– Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for mobile applications
– Participate in and support A/B testing by designing alternative user flows and screen variations
– Ensure consistency in design systems, patterns, and branding across the app
– Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, especially within iOS design guidelines
– Redesign layouts for better usability and clarity


Collaboration & Leadership
– Work alongside the Product Lead and engineering team to align design with business and technical goals
– Work closely with the Product Lead n UI/UX best practices and principles and App Developer
– Advocate for user-centered design decisions within the team

Qualifications
– Proven UI/UX design experience is a MUST.
– Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app design work
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
– Solid understanding of usability principles, user flows, and interaction design
– Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
– Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
– Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting results
– Basic understanding of front-end development constraints
