JOB OVERVIEW

HIRING: Social Media + Lead Generation Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for a reliable, proactive, results-driven Virtual Assistant to support my growing tax, credit, business coaching, and financial services brand.

This is NOT just a posting role.

I need someone who can create engaging content, start conversations, nurture leads, and help convert attention into booked consultations, mentorship calls, and client enrollments.

If you know how to communicate confidently, build trust, and help move leads toward action this may be a great fit.

Your Responsibilities:
• Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Write captions designed to drive engagement, DMs, and lead generation
• Respond to comments, inbox messages, and inquiries professionally
• Start conversations with potential clients and guide them toward booking consultations or mentorship calls
• Follow up with leads via text, email, and CRM workflows
• Manage and update leads inside GoHighLevel (preferred)
• Create simple branded graphics in Canva
• Assist with light admin tasks (calendar updates, organization, lead tracking, data entry)
• Support promotion of services including tax help, credit coaching, business mentorship, and financial education offers

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, Appointment Setter, Lead Generation VA, or similar role
• Strong written and spoken English communication (VERY important)
• Comfortable speaking with potential clients and guiding conversations professionally
• Canva experience
• Organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and able to follow systems
• Reliable internet connection and dependable work habits

Bonus If You Have Experience With:
• Credit coaching / credit repair
• Tax preparation / financial services
• Sales / appointment setting / lead conversion
• Business coaching or mentorship support
• GoHighLevel CRM

Work Details:
• Remote
• Part-time to start (growth opportunity available)
• Some overlap with U.S. business hours required

Compensation:
Based on experience, communication skills, and performance.
