Video & Static Ad Editor

MySweetSmile is an eight-figure DTC oral care brand trusted by over one million customers across the UK, US, and EU. We're hiring an AI Video & Static Editor to join our creative team and produce high-volume, high-quality creative across every brand surface — Meta ads first, with additional work spanning website image galleries, Amazon A+ Content, and other brand design touchpoints.

This is a hands-on production role. You'll receive briefs from the Creative Team, generate AI clips and statics on Higgsfield, edit and assemble in CapCut, and deliver polished, conversion-ready work every single day.

We work entirely on Higgsfield — so deep, daily fluency with their video and image generation tools is non-negotiable.

What You'll Be Doing

AI Video Generation on Higgsfield. Generate UGC-style clips, B-roll, talking heads, and product demos from supplied briefs using Higgsfield's current video models (Seedance, Veo, Kling families). Apply character locks, multi-reference uploads, and prompt structures that produce on-brand, photorealistic output. Land usable clips efficiently — minimising regenerations through tight prompting and proper reference setup.

AI Image Generation on Higgsfield. Produce statics and end cards using Nano Banana Pro — Meta ads, image variants, layout work. Use Higgsfield's hex codes, Moodboards, and Soul IDs to maintain brand consistency across every output.

Static & Layout Work Across Brand Surfaces. Produce Meta static ads, Amazon A+ Content modules, website image galleries, product page assets, and other brand design work as needed. You'll be expected to deliver design work that reads on-brand without being micromanaged on every layout decision.

Video Editing in CapCut. Assemble generated clips, cut to brief timing, add captions, sound design, and on-screen text. Output ad-ready files for Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon paid social.

Project Organisation in Notion, ---------- & Locally. Manage your work across ---------- (review, feedback, version control) and your desktop (working files, exports, source assets). Strict file naming, organised folder structures, version discipline. Manage your own pipeline without being chased.

Requirements

Daily, demonstrated experience with Higgsfield. Not awareness — actual production work. You should be able to talk through Soul ID training, multi-reference uploads, and which model suits which type of brief.

Strong Nano Banana Pro fluency for image and static generation, including hex code locking and Moodboard usage.
Proven CapCut editing experience for short-form paid social. Speed and clean output matter more than fancy effects.

Static design capability beyond AI generation — you can produce Amazon A+ modules, website image galleries, and Meta statics that read polished and on-brand. Comfortable with layout, hierarchy, and basic graphic design principles.

Disciplined brief execution. When a brief specifies a composition, colour, or detail, you deliver that — not your interpretation of it.

Highly organised desktop workflow — clean folder structures, consistent file naming, no lost assets.

Nuanced brief execution and clean caption writing in British English.

Proven track record producing high-performing creative for eCommerce or DTC brands. Meta ads especially — but cross-channel capability is a plus.

Performance-led thinking. You think about conversion, not just aesthetics.

Speed and ownership — typically 2–3 finished video edits plus 1–2 statics per day, minimal oversight, fast iteration on feedback.
