About the Role
We're hiring an experienced Kajabi Virtual Assistant to manage and support our online platform, content repurposing, and digital marketing efforts. While this role starts part-time, it has strong potential to evolve into a full-time position as the business grows. What You'll Be Doing

-Uploading and formatting course content into Kajabi as provided by the owner
-Building sales funnels and landing pages using copy and content provided
-Repurposing content from newsletters, podcasts, and videos for social media marketing
-Streamlining and organizing content workflows within Kajabi
-General Kajabi platform management and maintenance
-(Bonus) Podcast/YouTube editing and management support


What We're Looking For

1. 3+ years of hands-on Kajabi experience
2. Proven experience building courses, funnels, and landing pages inside Kajabi
3. A/B content
4. Experience repurposing content across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
5. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow brand guidelines consistently
6. Excellent written English communication skills
7. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
8. Reliable internet connection and availability during flexible hours
9. Professional, reliable, and committed to long-term collaboration


Nice to Have

1. Podcast/YouTube editing and/or podcast management experience
2. Experience working with coaches, health professionals, or course creators
3. Familiarity with Kajabi email marketing (broadcasts and sequences)
4. Basic graphic design skills for social media content (Canva or similar)
