Experienced Real Estate Cold Caller

We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Cold Caller who knows how to find motivated sellers and set quality appointments.
This is for serious professionals only.

What You’ll Do:
-Cold call U.S. property owners
-Identify motivation, timeline, condition, and price
-Overcome objections confidently
-Update CRM properly
-Set qualified appointments
We focus on quality leads — not just high dial counts.

Requirements:
2+ years cold calling experience
1+ year in real estate cold calling
Strong, confident English
Experience with dialers (Mojo, BatchDialer, etc.)
CRM experience
Stable internet (25+ Mbps)
Able to work U.S. hours

Pay:
$4–$7/hr (based on experience)
Performance bonuses
