JOB OVERVIEW

Executive Workshop Outreach Coordinator (Philippines, Full-Time Remote)
Full-time
Philippines — Remote
Immediate Start

ABOUT THIS ROLE

SellXSell helps B2B revenue leaders build the operating systems behind their number — through executive workshops, leadership offsites, and advisory programs. We work with CROs, VP Sales, RevOps leaders, and C-suite executives at SaaS companies across the US, Canada, and UK.
We are hiring a full-time remote outreach coordinator based in the Philippines to own our daily outbound prospecting and booking pipeline. This is not a generic VA role. You will be working a curated, pre-researched lead list every single day — sending polished outreach, managing follow-up sequences, and converting cold contacts into booked discovery calls. Your output is meetings on the calendar.
WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY

Open the daily outreach queue (Google Sheet) and work through 20–30 pre-approved executive contacts
Send personalized cold emails using a provided signal-based opening line — not copy-paste templates, but adapted, professional outreach
Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages in a structured sequence
Execute a three-touch follow-up cadence (Day 1, Day 6, Day 13) for every contact
Update lead statuses and notes in the tracking sheet in real time
Escalate all positive replies or booking signals immediately — never let a warm lead sit
Flag any contacts that need research review or have missing data
Attend a brief weekly check-in call to review results and adjust messaging
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

5–10 positive reply conversations open per week within the first 30 days
2–4 qualified discovery calls booked per week by Day 60
Zero dropped leads — every contact in the queue is touched, tracked, and followed up
All outreach reads like it was written by a senior professional — no awkward phrasing, no robotic templates
REQUIREMENTS — MUST HAVE EVERY SINGLE ONE

Near-native English written communication. Your emails will land in the inboxes of US and UK C-suite executives. Every sentence must be clear, confident, and professionally written. This is the most important requirement.
2+ years of B2B outreach, sales development, or appointment setting experience. You must understand what cold outreach is, why people do not reply, and how to write a message that earns a response.
Experience emailing or messaging senior decision-makers (Director level and above). You are not selling to mid-level contacts. You know how to write with authority without being aggressive.
Proficiency with Google Sheets. You will live in a tracking spreadsheet. You must be fast, accurate, and organized with data entry and status management.
Strong self-discipline and time management. You will work independently during US or UK business hours. No micromanagement — you own the daily execution.
Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace. Video check-in calls are required. Connection issues are not acceptable for this role.
NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with B2B SaaS, RevOps, GTM, or sales enablement concepts — you do not need to be an expert, but you should know what a CRO does
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or any CRM/outreach tool (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, etc.)
Background in executive assistant, client-facing, or customer success roles where polished English was required daily
Experience booking calls or demos for a US or UK-based company
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF

You write in a formal or stiff style that does not sound like a natural English speaker
You have only done data entry, transcription, or social media scheduling work
You need to be told what to do every hour — this role requires full ownership of a daily workflow
You are uncomfortable reaching out to executives or feel the outreach is "too forward"
You treat outreach as copy-paste work — every message requires a small personal touch
How to apply — read this carefully before responding

Write your application in English only. Do not use a template or copy-paste cover letter. We will stop reading immediately if it sounds generic.
Tell us in 3–5 sentences: what B2B outreach experience you have, who you were reaching out to (job title and company type), and what your reply rate or booking rate was if you tracked it.
Write one sample cold email to a fictional CRO named James at a 300-person SaaS company, opening with this signal: "Saw your team is scaling their RevOps function." Subject line included. Keep it under 100 words. This is the most important part of your application.
Tell us your available hours and whether you can work US Eastern or UK hours.
Applications without the sample email will not be reviewed.
