# Part-Time EOS Implementer / Level 10 Meeting Facilitator

## About The Opportunity

We are a new startup company in the property management and real estate services space looking to begin implementing elements of the EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System®) framework popularized by Gino Wickman’s book *Traction*.

At this stage, we are intentionally taking a light and practical approach to EOS implementation. We do not currently have the bandwidth to fully implement every aspect of the system over the next several months, but we strongly believe in the accountability, structure, and operational clarity EOS can provide.

We are looking for an experienced EOS-minded professional to help us establish consistency and operational discipline during this early growth phase.

## Position Overview

This is a very part-time role to start — likely only 2-3 hours per week.

We already have some foundational EOS components in place, including:

* A drafted VTO (Vision/Traction Organizer)
* Leadership structure discussions
* Early operational systems planning

Your primary role would be helping facilitate our weekly Level 10 Meetings while also providing light accountability follow-up during the week to ensure action items and priorities remain on track.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping entrepreneurial companies implement operational structure without requiring a full-scale consulting engagement.

There may be potential for a larger long-term role toward the end of this year or early next year as the company continues developing.

## Responsibilities

* Facilitate weekly EOS-style Level 10 Meetings
* Help keep meetings structured, productive, and focused
* Assist leadership with accountability tracking
* Follow up on Rocks and weekly to-dos
* Help identify operational bottlenecks and organizational blind spots
* Provide practical guidance on phased EOS implementation
* Learn the basics of our company structure and operational goals

## Requirements

* Direct experience with EOS / Traction systems
* Strong familiarity with Gino Wickman’s *Traction*
* Experience facilitating Level 10 Meetings
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to keep entrepreneurial leadership teams focused and accountable
* Previous EOS Integrator, EOS Implementer, Operations Consultant, or business coaching experience is strongly preferred

## Important Notes

This is NOT currently a full EOS implementation engagement.

For the next 6 months, the focus is primarily on:

* Weekly accountability
* Leadership alignment
* Maintaining traction on priorities
* Building operational consistency
* Creating structure gradually and realistically

We are looking for somebody practical, organized, experienced with EOS principles, and comfortable working with an entrepreneurial startup environment.
