We’re looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor to join our team and help produce high-quality real estate content for social media, property listings, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
Edit short-form and long-form real estate videos
Create engaging property walkthroughs, reels, and promotional content
Add music, sound design, transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, and B-roll
Color correct footage and enhance overall visual quality
Repurpose content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and maintain brand style

Requirements
Experience editing real estate or lifestyle content
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social media trends
Ability to source royalty-free music and visuals when needed
Detail-oriented with fast turnaround times
Good communication and ability to take feedback

Bonus Skills
Motion graphics and animation
Experience with drone footage
Knowledge of Meta/Facebook ads or direct-response editing
Familiarity with AI tools for video editing workflows
