Snaptique is one of Canada’s leading photo booth and experiential event companies. We provide custom photo booth experiences for corporate events, brand activations, galas, conferences, schools, festivals, and private events across Canada.
Many of our corporate projects involve custom branding, logistics coordination, and detailed client communication. Organization, professionalism, and strong communication are extremely important in this role.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not a task-only Virtual Assistant role.
We are hiring a Corporate Sales & Client Coordinator who is comfortable managing corporate client conversations, preparing quotes, coordinating customization details, and helping guide projects from inquiry to booking.
This role also includes outbound relationship-building and partnership outreach within the events industry. This may include reaching out to venues, agencies, past clients, event planners, and corporate contacts to help generate future opportunities and long-term relationships.
This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, proactive communication, and confidence communicating with business clients.
You will work closely with leadership, operations, and production teams to help ensure projects move smoothly and clients feel supported throughout the booking process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Respond promptly to corporate and school event inquiries
* Prepare quotes and explain booth options clearly
* Coordinate branding and customization details with clients
* Follow up consistently through
* Keep leads and projects organized so no details are missed
* Assist with gathering logos, artwork, timelines, and event details
* Help move conversations toward confirmed bookings
* Maintain accurate records and internal notes
* Coordinate smooth handoffs to operations and production teams
* Assist with outbound partnership and relationship outreach
* Help reconnect with past clients and industry contacts
* Maintain professional and organized communication with clients
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
* 2+ years of client-facing sales, account coordination, or project coordination experience
* Previous experience working with Canada- or US-based companies
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Comfortable managing detailed client conversations
* Comfortable communicating by phone and text messaging
* Comfortable with outbound follow-up and relationship outreach
* Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
* Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
* Available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Toronto time
