COMPENSATION & BONUSES
Performance Bonus:
Earn 1% of net profit on every deal you help convert.
Our average deal profit is around $35,000, meaning:
Deal #1 = ~$350 bonus
Deal #2 = 1.5% (~$525)
Higher performance = higher earning potential
The structure resets quarterly, giving hungry performers the chance to level up repeatedly.

WEEKLY LEAD BONUS:
Hit your weekly lead target and increase your hourly pay by an extra $1/hour for the entire week.
Requirement:
5 motivated seller leads
Asking price under 60% of Zestimate
