Senior Video Editor for Shortform & Longform Content (Premiere Pro)

We are looking for a skilled video editor with strong experience in Adobe Premiere Pro.

You should already work fast and confidently inside Premiere Pro and understand modern shortform editing styles for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Your tasks will include:

* Editing shortform and longform videos
* Following exact editing instructions and workflows
* Using existing presets, templates and effect systems
* Adding captions and subtitles
* Organizing timelines and project files cleanly
* Understanding pacing, retention and visual storytelling
* Delivering polished edits with good aesthetics and attention to detail

Requirements:

* Strong Adobe Premiere Pro experience
* Good understanding of shortform content
* Good English communication
* Reliable internet and fast communication
* Ability to follow structure and feedback precisely
* Good feeling for clean and modern editing aesthetics
* Experience with subtitles and social media formats

Bonus:

* Basic German understanding
* Experience using AI tools for translation, subtitles or workflow optimization
* Experience with podcasts, talking head content
* Experience with color grading and sound design
