Part-Time Real Estate Virtual Assistant / Deal Finder

We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Virtual Assistant to help support our real estate investing business. This is a part time remote position with room to grow long-term.

Your responsibilities will include:

Finding off market properties on Facebook Marketplace and other platforms
Checking emails and organizing leads
Sending us potential property deals
Running basic property comps (we will train you and show you how easy it is)
Helping determine if a property is a good investment opportunity
Communicating with our team throughout the day

No advanced real estate experience is required, we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is:

Organized
Fast learner
Good communicator
Reliable and responsive
Comfortable using Facebook, Google, and Online tools
