Job Summary

The Appointment Setter is responsible for generating qualified sales appointments for the Security Guard Contract Sales team. This role involves outbound calling, lead generation, prospect follow-up, and scheduling meetings with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers interested in professional security guard services.

The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, organized, and comfortable communicating with potential clients over the phone, email, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce security guard services
Qualify leads and identify potential security service needs
Schedule appointments for the Security Guard Contract Sales Manager
Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and appointments in CRM software
Follow up with leads and nurture prospects
Research businesses and identify decision-makers
Assist with email marketing and outreach campaigns
Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into scheduled consultations
Coordinate appointment calendars with the sales team
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Professional phone etiquette
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets

Knowledge of lead generation techniques
