We’re looking for an experienced Treasury Customer Service VA who is confident handling phone calls and assisting customers professionally.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to treasury or payment concerns
- Follow up on payments, billing, and account-related inquiries
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Document call notes and updates accurately
- Assist with basic admin and customer support tasks

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service and phone support
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable handling payment or treasury-related conversations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment

Preferred:
- Treasury, billing, collections, or finance support experience
- Experience using CRM or customer support platforms
