About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for prospects who have already engaged with our content. Using DMs, comments, and platform engagement, your job is to build rapport, qualify interest, and get people on the calendar. Speed, warmth, and persistence are everything in this role.
This is a full-time remote position. You must be available and responsive throughout the full UK working day.
What You Will Be Doing
Responding to warm leads across all platforms promptly and professionally
Managing DMs, comments, and inbound engagement to identify and convert booking opportunities
Qualifying prospects and guiding them through to a booked call
Hitting agreed booking targets (to be discussed at offer stage)
Maintaining an organised pipeline and follow-up process
Representing the brand with professionalism and clarity in every interaction
What We Are Looking For
Proven, extensive experience as a social media appointment setter — you must be able to demonstrate results
A verifiable track record of converting warm leads into booked calls at volume
Strong working knowledge of
Experience with LinkedIn is essential — this platform is a key part of our near-term growth plans
Excellent written English — your messages need to be clear, natural, and on-brand
Available and responsive throughout UK business hours
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
Compensation
This is a commission-only role with on-target earnings of approximately $4,000 per month. For the right candidate, we are open to discussing a salaried base with a smaller performance bonus. Targets will be agreed at offer stage.
