What You’ll Do
-Turn raw footage into high-retention YouTube videos
-Create short-form clips and ad creatives that convert
-Build multiple ad variations for testing (Meta, YouTube, etc.)
-Add captions, motion, sound design, and pacing that keeps attention
-Repurpose long-form into shorts that drive traffic and sales
-Improve watch time, CTR, and overall performance through editing decisions
What We Need
-Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
-Deep understanding of pacing, hooks, and retention
-Ability to edit both storytelling content and direct-response ads
-Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
-Reliable, independent, and easy to communicate with

-3D hero visuals or product-style animations
