JOB OVERVIEW

We are an Asian eCommerce company selling premium health food, focusing on customized packages for each customer. We are looking for a bright, diligent, and proactive team member who can manage both operations and customer service, and content management tasks. Growth opportunities, guidance, and mentorship will be given to our chosen candidate.

We are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in VA/operations. We'd like a full time candidate. Only serious applications. We do multiple rounds of interviews before offering anyone a role.

Skills required: Google sheets, Microsoft excel, basic Shopify knowledge, exceptional written and spoken English, admin, customer service

Operations
- Order management, inventory planning, liaison with courier provider/supplier/customer
- Content management for social media and Shopify store

Customer Service
- Manage customer enquiries from live chat, email, social media. Liaise with courier provider where necessary.
- Respond promptly to enquiries according to our customer service guidelines

(Potentially Sales)
- Identifying and replying sales enquiries
