Shopify E-commerce Assistant (Product Uploads, Manual Website Tasks & Store Operations)

We are looking for a reliable Shopify assistant to help our agency with day-to-day manual e-commerce tasks across multiple Shopify stores.

This is not a customer support role.
You’ll mainly work on backend Shopify operations and repetitive/manual website tasks.

Tasks Include:

Product uploads and product page setup
Variant creation and SKU updates
Collection/category organisation
Copy-pasting product data from suppliers
Image resizing and uploads
Basic Shopify admin work
Updating tags, prices, descriptions, and metafields
App configuration support
QA/testing before website launches
Spreadsheet/data entry work related to Shopify stores
Following SOPs carefully

Requirements:

Experience using Shopify admin
Good attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive/manual tasks
Basic understanding of product pages and collections
Able to follow instructions properly
Good English communication
Stable internet connection
Available during overlapping India/UAE/US working hours

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

Canva or Photoshop
Shopify Liquid basics
CRO understanding
Klaviyo or email marketing experience
Experience with Shopify apps
