We are looking for an experienced and proactive Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage our influencer outreach end-to-end on a rolling basis. You will scout, contact, negotiate, and coordinate collaborations with micro and mid-tier influencers across our target markets, and make sure clothing packages are sent out and content is delivered on time.
We want someone who thinks outside the box, a person who takes the time to deeply understand our brand, our aesthetic, and our positioning, and uses that understanding to identify creators and angles we wouldn't think of ourselves. We are not looking for someone who just executes a checklist; we want a strategic partner who brings ideas to the table.
Key Responsibilities

Scouting & Research
- Identify new potential influencers on Instagram and TikTok matching our aesthetic and brand positioning.
- Vet profiles based on engagement rate, audience demographics, content quality, and brand fit.
- Maintain a clean influencer database with contact info, follower count, engagement rate, niche, and status.
Outreach & Negotiation
- Send personalized DMs and
- Pitch our collaboration model and negotiate deliverables (number of stories, reels, posts) and timelines.
- Follow up consistently with prospects in the pipeline.
Coordination & Logistics
- Collect sizing, address, and product preferences from confirmed collaborations.
- Place internal orders and coordinate with our fulfillment team to ship clothing sets.
- Track packages and make sure influencers receive products in time.
Content & Reporting
- Make sure agreed deliverables are posted on time, with correct tags, hashtags, and affiliate links.
- Collect, save, and organize all UGC content in a shared Drive folder for paid ads and organic use.
- Weekly report on: new outreach, confirmed collabs, sent packages, posted content, and generated sales via affiliate links.

Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing (this is a must, please share specific examples of past campaigns or brands you've worked with).
- Strategic thinker who takes initiative to deeply understand the brand and propose creative angles, not just execute briefs.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong eye for aesthetic and brand fit, you understand the difference between "elegant" and "fast fashion."
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a large pipeline of contacts simultaneously.
- Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, Google Sheets, Shopify, and basic
- Proactive communicator, does not need to be micromanaged.
