Credit Repair Specialist

Cross Solutions Group is seeking an experienced and dependable Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to assist with credit repair operations, client management, dispute processing, and CRM organization.

This role requires someone who already understands the credit repair industry and can work independently without constant supervision. We are looking for a proactive tea ---------- mber who is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in consumer law–based credit repair strategies.

Applicants MUST have working experience with:

FTC complaint processes
CFPB complaint submissions
Metro 2 compliance knowledge
Client Dispute Manager (CDM)
LetterStream
GoHighLevel (GHL / CRM management)
Credit report analysis
Inquiry removals
Personal information cleanup
Late payment disputes
Consumer law dispute strategies
