We’re currently looking for a talented Ads Video Editor to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for turning raw footage, scripts, and creative ideas into high-performing video ads for platforms like
Your work will directly influence our ability to grab attention, improve conversion rates, reduce CPA, and scale winning campaigns. You won’t just be editing videos — you’ll be helping build the growth engine of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Editing direct-response video ads designed to convert
Transforming raw footage, UGC clips, voiceovers, and scripts into polished ad creatives
Creating multiple variations of winning ads for testing
Improving hooks, pacing, retention, and overall watch time
Adding captions, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects where needed
Collaborating with the marketing team to turn performance insights into better creatives
Staying up to date with ad trends, competitor creatives, and what’s working on social media
What We’re Looking For:
What You’ll Need to Bring to the Table:
Strong experience editing video ads, not just aesthetic content
Good understanding of direct-response marketing
Experience with
Ability to identify strong hooks, fast pacing, and retention-focused editing
Solid sense of storytelling, emotion, and sales psychology
Ability to produce multiple creative variations quickly
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
Clear communication and reliability
A mindset focused on growth, improvement, and performance
Nice to Have:
Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing
Experience editing UGC-style ads
Knowledge of what makes a creative perform based on metrics like CTR, hook rate, hold rate, and conversion rate
Basic motion design skills
Experience analyzing competitors’ ad creatives
