Requirements:
- Experience editing TikTok/Reels/Shorts content
- Fast turnaround time
- Good understanding of retention editing
- Able to follow provided scripts and examples
- Basic English communication
- Familiar with CapCut or similar editing software
- Reliable internet connection

Your Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form videos using provided scripts/assets
- Add captions, sound effects, pacing, transitions, and engaging edits
- Maintain consistent editing style
- Deliver videos on time daily

Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Experience with AI-generated content
- Understanding of viral hooks and short-form trends
- Thumbnail/text overlay experience
