Etsy Print-on-Demand (POD) Listing Specialist

We are a growing eCommerce business looking for an experienced Etsy Print-on-Demand (POD) Listing Specialist for hourly remote work.

You will help grow our Etsy shops by creating optimized listings, researching trends and keywords, and uploading products to POD platforms. This is a hands-on production role — not graphic design. Strong Etsy SEO and listing knowledge is a must.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Write SEO-optimized Etsy titles, tags, and descriptions
- Upload products to Printify, Printful, or Gelato
- Conduct keyword and trend research (eRank, EverBee, Marmalead)
- Organize mockups and design assets
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets and follow SOPs

YOU MUST HAVE:
- Real Etsy listing and POD platform experience
- Strong understanding of Etsy SEO and trends
- High attention to detail and ability to follow systems
- Good English communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:
Canva, Photoshop, ChatGPT, Leonardo AI, eRank, EverBee, Pinterest

RATE AND HOURS:
- $3.25 AUD/hour, paid hourly
- Monday to Friday
- Overlap with Dubai business hours preferred
- Expected output: 8-20 optimized listings per day
