Core Holdings operates a portfolio of growing e-commerce brands. We run multiple Shopify storefronts serving customers internationally, and we are hiring a sharp, reliable customer support agent to join us long-term.
We are not looking for someone to fill a seat for 2 months. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

THE ROLE
You will be handling customer support across multiple Shopify stores —
- Responding to customer tickets across all our brands
- Resolving order issues — shipping delays, lost packages, damaged goods, returns, refunds, exchanges
- Processing refunds, edits, and replacements directly in Shopify
- Escalating complex issues to management with proper context
- Spotting patterns — if 10 customers ask the same thing in a week, you flag it
We use our own custom-built support platform with AI assistance to help draft replies, so the work is faster than typical CS roles — but you still need to verify every response, catch errors, and handle anything the bot cannot. Attention to detail matters.

PAY STRUCTURE — PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
- Starting rate: $3/hour USD
- Range: $3–$5/hour USD based on hours worked and performance
- Growth: The more consistently you work with us and the better your performance, the higher your rate climbs. $5/hr is NOT a hard cap — top performers who stay long-term can earn more.
- Payment: Bi-weekly

YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 2–5 years of customer support experience
- At least 1+ year specifically supporting Shopify stores
- Hands-on experience with a helpdesk tool — Gorgias, Zendesk, Reamaze, Freshdesk, or similar
- Strong written English — your writing IS the job
- High attention to detail
- A track record of working independently with minimal hand-holding
- Long-term mindset — we want someone who wants to grow with us, not job-hop

- Experience supporting fashion / apparel / lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with international shipping issues (duties, customs, cross-border returns)
- Multi-brand or multi-store experience
