International Sourcing Specialist – Janitorial Supplies (Remote)

Well-established janitorial supply company is seeking an experienced sourcing specialist with strong connections in overseas markets (China, India , Vietnam, Mexico, etc.) manufacturing and supplier network.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who has real experience sourcing products from overseas negotiating with factories, and managing supplier relationships — specifically within janitorial, cleaning, or related supply categories.

Responsibilities:

*Identify, evaluate, and onboard overseas suppliers and manufacturers
*Communicate directly with factories and suppliers
*Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and production timelines
*Coordinate samples, product specifications, and quality control
*Help improve margins and product sourcing strategies


Requirements:

*3+ years of experience in overseas sourcing or global procurement *Experience with Alibaba, Global Sources, or direct factory sourcing
*Existing factory/vendor relationships and connections preferred
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Experience with Alibaba, 1688, WeChat, sourcing platforms, etc.
*Fluent English required *Mandarin or another foreign language is a plus
*Experience in janitorial supplies or related industries is a major plus
