SMS Land Comper / Vacant Land Analyst (Real Estate)

We are a U.S.-based vacant land investment company looking for an experienced Land Comper / SMS Support VA to help analyze vacant land properties and assist with seller outreach. ( ---------- )

This is NOT a beginner role.
You MUST already understand how to comp vacant land and determine realistic cash offer ranges.

Responsibilities

Analyze vacant land properties in multiple U.S. states

Pull comparable sales using:

Zillow
Land Portal / Land Insights
County GIS websites
Redfin and other land platforms
Determine realistic cash offer ranges
Review zoning, utilities, access, terrain, flood zones, wetlands, etc.
Assist with SMS lead management and seller follow-up
Organize property notes in spreadsheets/CRM
Identify red flags that affect land value or buildability


Requirements

Previous experience comping vacant land
MUST understand acreage pricing and land valuation
Experience using Zillow for land comps
Experience using Land Portal or Land Insights preferred
Strong English communication
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work independently
Real estate investing or wholesaling experience is a BIG plus
