Shimzy AI is a fast-growing AI-powered CRM and automation platform serving beauty schools and small businesses across the United States. We run paid advertising campaigns for our clients to generate leads that flow directly into our CRM and AI automation system. We need a dedicated ads specialist who can build, manage, optimize, and scale
About This Role:
You own the ad campaigns. You'll set up new campaigns from scratch, manage budgets, monitor performance daily, A/B test creatives and copy, optimize for conversions, and report results. You'll work across multiple client accounts managing their lead generation. Every lead you generate feeds into our AI-powered CRM, so you'll see the direct impact of your work on real enrollments and sales.
This is a full-time, dedicated position. We are not looking for freelancers managing multiple clients on the side. We want someone who is committed to growing with our company.
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Build and manage
• Set up conversion tracking across all platforms (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CAPI)
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for cost per lead and cost per acquisition
• A/B test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Manage ad budgets across multiple client accounts ($2K-10K+/mo per client)
• Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager
• Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting audiences
• Create and manage Meta Business Manager structures (ad accounts, pages, pixels per client)
• Set up UTM tracking for all campaigns to track lead source in our CRM
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports per client
• Research competitor ads using Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center
• Test new ad formats, platforms, and strategies to improve results
• Coordinate with content creator for ad creatives and video ads
Required Skills:
• Minimum 2 years managing Google Ads and
• Google Ads certified (Search and/or Display certification required)
• Meta Blueprint certified (preferred)
• Expert in Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and debugging
• Expert in Meta Business Manager (ad accounts, pixels, CAPI, catalogs)
• Google Analytics 4 setup and reporting
• Conversion tracking setup across platforms (server-side and browser-side)
• Experience managing $5K+/month in ad spend across multiple accounts
• Understanding of lead generation funnels (ad ? landing page ? form ? CRM)
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable reading data and making optimization decisions
• Self-directed — you spot what's not working and fix it without being asked
• Available during US Central Time business hours (8 AM - 5 PM CT / 9 PM - 6 AM PHT)
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with GoHighLevel (connecting ads to GHL pipelines)
• Experience running ads for beauty schools, cosmetology academies, or education
• TikTok Ads and YouTube Ads experience
• Landing page building (GHL funnels, Unbounce, or similar)
• Basic understanding of
• Experience with reporting tools (Google Looker Studio / Data Studio)
