You know what it feels like to be good at sales but stuck in a role where nobody really notices.
You close deals. You solve problems. You keep things moving. But nothing changes.

We run a residential cleaning company serving multiple markets in the US, and we need someone who can both **sell and operate**.
That means you are not just answering calls. You are helping turn leads into booked clients, coordinating cleaners, handling schedule issues, and making sure jobs actually happen.
**You must have prior experience working for a cleaning business.**

This is a weekend-heavy role.
- Sunday: 12-hour shift, US Eastern Time
- Monday: 3 hours
- Tuesday: 3 hours
- Wednesday: 3 hours
- Thursday: 3 hours
If weekend work does not fit your life, that is completely fine, but this will not be the right position.
## Sales Responsibilities
- Answer inbound leads quickly
- Call, text, and follow up with leads who did not book right away
- Sell residential cleaning services to American homeowners
- Handle objections like “I need to think about it”
- Track every lead in our CRM
- Log every call, outcome, and follow-up clearly
- Keep following up until there is a clear yes or no
## Operations Responsibilities
- Assign cleaners to jobs
- Handle reschedules and callouts
- Communicate with clients when something goes wrong
- Coordinate with cleaners through Slack and text
- Confirm schedules and job details
- Help resolve no-shows, late arrivals, and quality issues
- Complete Sunday lead data entry and reconciliation
We are an automation and AI-heavy business. Most tasks and notifications come through Slack, and we work hard to make the systems clear and organized.
## What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who takes ownership.
If something is broken, you fix it.
If a lead goes quiet, you follow up again.
If a cleaner does not show up, you do not wait around. You start solving the problem.
You should have:
- Prior cleaning business experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- Sales ability and confidence on the phone
- Calm judgment under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable internet and work setup
- High ownership and follow-through
- Comfort using online tools and systems
Reliability matters more than almost anything else.
Show up. Answer fast. Log the data. Follow the process. Solve problems.
That is the job.
## Compensation
- $5.50/hour base pay
- $3 bonus per booked client
- $100 monthly bonus when your close rate reaches 50% or higher
- Two pay raises are planned during the first 6 months
