We’re looking for a HIGH-LEVEL short form video editor to join our growing media company.

We create content for:

* Contractors
* Businesses
* Personal brands
* Lifestyle brands
* Entrepreneurs

This is a FAST-PACED role with a high volume of content weekly.

You MUST understand:

* Storytelling
* Retention editing
* Hooks
* TikTok/Reels pacing
* Captions
* Sound design
* Viral style structure

This is NOT basic editing.

We need editors that understand how to keep attention and make videos FEEL engaging.

What You’ll Edit

* Talking head videos
* Contractor content
* Lifestyle content
* Interview style videos
* Cinematic reels
* Business/personal brand content

Editing Style

Think:

* Fast paced
* Clean cuts
* Strong subtitles
* Emotional pacing
* Attention-grabbing hooks
* Modern social media editing

Requirements

* Adobe Premiere Pro preferred
* After Effects is a plus
* Must understand TikTok/Instagram Reels
* Must have good internet
* Must communicate consistently
* Must meet deadlines
* Must be organized with files/projects
