4. Speed Ramps

5. Special Effects and Animation (on discussion)

6. Text Animations

7. Color Grading.

8.be very communicative and reliable. good english is a plus

9.Strong editing skills for short-form + long-form

10.Strong creative eye — can pull the best clips from raw footage without hand-holding

11. Experience with AI tools (Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, etc.)

12.Must be FAST. If basic clipping takes you forever, this won’t work
