Month 6+: You own email across the new brands we're launching. Your scope expands. You're no longer a specialist for one brand.. you're the email lead for a portfolio.

What you'll actually do (until you grow out of it):
- Own email in Omnisend for our flagship brand
- Build core flows: welcome, cart, browse, post-purchase, winback
- Design emails in Figma and build them out in Omnisend
- Run the campaign calendar and A/B test relentlessly
- Manage deliverability and list health
- Report weekly with insight, not just data
- Bring ideas. I want a partner, not a button-pusher.

What you bring:
- 2+ years D2C email marketing experience (Omnisend or Klaviyo)
- Hands-on Figma skills for designing emails from scratch
- Concrete results you can show me
- Strong written English
- Hunger to learn. I can train skills. I can't train curiosity.
