Video Editor Needed — Remote, Part-Time to Full-Time Growth Opportunity

We are a Florida-based creative agency producing video content for local businesses, real estate professionals, legal professionals, and service companies across the US.
We are looking for a skilled, fast, and reliable video editor based in the Philippines to join our growing team on a part-time basis with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the workload increases.
What you will be editing:
Short-form content including social media reels, Instagram clips, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts. Long-form content including brand story videos, client testimonials, interview series, podcast video edits, and marketing videos ranging from 3 to 10 minutes.
What we need from you:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. DaVinci Resolve experience is a strong plus. Ability to handle color grading, audio sync, captions, transitions, and basic motion graphics. Fast turnaround. Most short-form edits should be delivered within 24 to 48 hours of receiving footage. Ability to take a brief and execute independently without constant direction. Good communication in English via WhatsApp or Slack. Attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
What we offer:
