Customer Service Lead / Virtual Assistant [English - ~$5/hour]

Aqua Design Innovations (ADI) is an up-and-coming start up with the goal being to help spread the concepts of aquaponics and hydroponics to work towards a sustainable future. Aquaponics is a system that combines aquaculture with hydroponics, and is essentially a method of growing soilless agriculture that uses 90% less water than conventional agricultural methods.

At ADI, we’re on a mission to build a sustainable future for the world, and we’re looking for team members that share our vision and will help us work toward this goal. We developed the EcoQube C, the EcoQube Air, and EcoQube Frame to teach people around the world about the benefits of an aquaponics ecosystem. We're looking for a dedicated customer service lead and/or virtual assistant that would be able to handle answering email and provide other forms of customer support. In addition, we're looking for a virtual assistant capable of performing other various tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Communication & Responsiveness - this is very important due to the distance between the Philippines and the United States and we want to make sure that you have everything you need to succeed in this role.
*Internet/Computer Access
*Fluent in English
*Attention to detail
*Interest in taking care of customers and providing the best experience possible for them

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Provide a great experience for customers who reach out to us
*Responding to customer emails
*Responding to customer messages on other platforms such as Amazon and crowdfunding platforms
*Communicating with us so that we're all on the same page
*Performing other tasks as they come up (possibly shipping, administrative, etc)

Note: This is a full time position (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)
