My name is Clay Newsome, owner of Vitality Care, a healthcare support company focused on helping U.S.-based medical clinics improve efficiency, preventive care performance, and patient outcomes through high-quality virtual support services.
We are currently seeking motivated healthcare professionals interested in long-term remote opportunities supporting U.S. medical clinics through chart preparation, chart review, and healthcare workflow support.

• Assisting providers with non-clinical operational support
This is not a traditional virtual assistant position. Our goal is to build a highly trained healthcare support team that understands U.S. clinic workflows and plays an important role in improving quality of care and operational efficiency.
No prior experience with the U.S. healthcare system is required initially. We provide training related to:
• U.S. clinic operations
• Preventive healthcare concepts
• Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs)
• Care gap identification
• Documentation workflows
• HIPAA awareness and professional communication standards
