Digital Ads Specialist Needed (Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads)

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Ads Specialist to help grow a motivational speaking and coaching brand.

You must have experience creating, optimizing, and scaling ads on:


Facebook Ads
Instagram Ads
Google Ads

This role is focused on generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and driving conversions for:

Online masterclasses
Live events & conferences
Motivational speaking engagements
Coaching programs
Speaker mentorship programs
Responsibilities:
Create and manage ad campaigns from start to finish
Target the correct audiences and optimize ads for specific cities, states, and demographics
Build lead generation campaigns
Improve conversion rates and lower ad costs
Retarget audiences and build funnels
Analyze performance and provide weekly reports
Help grow our brand visibility on Google and social media
Create strategies to increase event registrations and speaking bookings
Requirements:
Proven experience running successful Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
Strong understanding of audience targeting and retargeting
Experience with conversion tracking and analytics
Experience generating leads for events, coaching, education, or personal brands preferred
Must understand branding, storytelling, and emotional marketing
Must be organized, proactive, and results-driven
Bonus Skills:
Funnel building
Landing page optimization

Email marketing experience
Experience working with speakers, coaches, or influencers
