Looking for Illustrator For Fast Growing Amazon T-shirt Business

I am looking for an ambitious motivated individual looking to join an extremely fast growing T-shirt design company in the US. You as an ILLUTRATOR will be a very important part of the team and must have the following skills:

-Fluent in English
-Great Team Collaborators and Communicators
-Organized
-Loves to Learn
-Can follow directions
-Proficient at Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

You as a designer must be able to do the following:
-Create ORINGIAL mostly hand drawn creative t-shirt designs. Applications with no illustration or hand drawn design samples in their portfolio will not be accepted.
-Be able to create 75-100 designs a week

Again, if you have mainly copied vector designs and no Illustration experience, please do not apply.

PAY: $300/month with option of month end bonus
