We are looking for a highly motivated cold caller and appointment setter to help generate meetings for innovative technology companies focused on wildfire mitigation, utility resilience, climate risk, and infrastructure protection.
This is not generic telemarketing. You will be reaching out to electric utilities, engineering firms, government agencies, HOAs, and commercial organizations across the U.S.
Strong English communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Cold call prospective customers in the U.S.
Follow up with leads via
Schedule meetings for senior leadership
Maintain CRM records and notes
Research target accounts and contacts
Assist with outbound campaigns and lead generation
Work U.S. business hours at least part-time
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent spoken English with minimal accent
Prior cold calling or appointment setting experience
Comfortable speaking with executives and technical professionals
Professional, confident, and persistent
Experience with CRM systems preferred
Experience calling U.S. businesses preferred
Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
Nice to Have:
Utility, energy, environmental, SaaS, or technology experience
LinkedIn outreach experience
Experience using AI tools for sales outreach
Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar CRMs
Compensation:
