UK Outbound Sales Caller / Appointment Setter (Remote)

We are a growing UK-based digital agency helping local businesses improve their online presence through modern websites and digital solutions.

We are looking for a confident, highly conversational outbound caller who can naturally speak with UK business owners and help convert interested businesses into clients.

This is NOT a robotic call centre role.

We want someone who sounds:

You should feel comfortable having real conversations with business owners.

## The Role
You will be calling UK local businesses that currently do not have websites.

Our process is unique:
- we already prepare a website/template concept for the business
- during the call, you introduce the idea naturally
- if interested, you send the website preview/template via WhatsApp or email
- you then follow up shortly after to continue the conversation and help close the deal

Some businesses may close on the first call.
Others may need a short follow-up call after reviewing the website preview.

This role is heavily conversation-based and requires strong communication skills.

## Responsibilities
- Cold call UK businesses
- Speak confidently and naturally with business owners
- Build rapport quickly
- Introduce our website service casually and professionally
- Send website previews/templates to interested businesses
- Follow up with leads after they review the preview
- Handle objections confidently
- Update CRM notes after calls

## REQUIREMENTS (IMPORTANT)
You MUST have:
- Strong spoken English
- Clear speaking voice
- Good confidence on calls
- Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience
- Stable internet connection
- Good quality microphone/headset
- Ability to sound conversational, not scripted

We are specifically looking for people who can speak naturally with UK business owners.

If your spoken English is weak or difficult to understand on calls, this role will NOT be suitable.
