Social Media Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for a proactive Social Media VA to fully manage my online presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube shorts, TikTok). You'll create content that matches my existing voice and aesthetic, post consistently, engage with followers, and do outbound outreach to get people booked into my webinar or on a 1:1 discovery call.
Responsibilities:

Create and schedule daily/consistent content across all platforms
Study my existing content and replicate my brand voice independently
Reply to comments and DMs, build community engagement in my skool community as well.
Proactively DM and reach out to ideal leads to book them into my webinar or a call
Track basic metrics and report what's working weekly

You're a great fit if you:

Have managed social media for personal brands or coaches before
Are comfortable with outbound outreach (DMs, comments, starting real conversations)
Know Canva, CapCut, Buffer, or similar tools
Work independently without micromanagement
Write in clean, natural English
