What you will do:
Your primary responsibility will be answering customer calls and providing administrative support to the Managing Director and Operations Manager. You will help maintain the office systems and take care of many recurring tasks.

Basic Technical Requirements
- Your own laptop/desktop computer that is reliable, quick, has 8GB RAM; with Chrome installed
- Space on your laptop/desktop computer to download, and run effectively, various software for the job
- A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 10MBPS, with a backup internet connection
- Noise canceling headset/headphones
- A quiet and dedicated workspace free of distractions

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $800 CAD base pay per cycle (biweekly) plus $80 CAD dependability bonus.
- Annual Bonus paid out in December
- A great, supportive team. You’ll be given the tools you need to succeed at this position, and will be supported by other experienced management.

Position Type & Schedule: Philippines time 11 pm - 8am (Night shift). Full time position.
