Instagram Reels Editor

Looking for a short-form editor to turn 1–3 minute clips into engaging 20–30 second Instagram Reels.

Requirements
- Must use BOTH Adobe Premiere Pro & CapCut
- Strong understanding of viral short-form pacing
- Fast cuts, captions, zooms, sound effects, and retention editing
- Able to make content feel engaging within the first 1–2 seconds
- Must have a laptop/computer
- Experience editing Reels/TikToks/Shorts preferred
