About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to support the growth of our Amazon FBA business. This role is ideal for someone experienced with Amazon workflows who can take ownership of key operational tasks and help scale the store efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Product research using tools (e.g. Keepa, SellerAmp, Helium 10)
Supplier/brand outreach (wholesale & brand-to-brand)
Listing optimisation (titles, keywords, images, bullet points)
Inventory tracking and restock planning
Managing shipments (labelling, prep, FBA shipments)
Price and competition monitoring
Basic account health and order management
Maintaining trackers and reports in Excel/Google Sheets
Requirements
Experience with Amazon FBA (minimum 3–6 months preferred)
Familiarity with product research tools (Keepa is essential)
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Good written English for supplier communication
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of UK/EU marketplaces (desirable)
