# Community Outreach VA / Facebook Groups Lead Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable part-time Community Outreach VA to help with Facebook Groups and local community outreach for 3T Group Inc and our service brands.

This is **not** a paid ads role and not a generic social media posting role. The main focus is manually finding relevant Facebook Groups, monitoring posts where people are asking for local services, drafting helpful replies, tracking opportunities, and helping route interested people to the correct intake form.

## Role Responsibilities

* Research and identify relevant Facebook Groups
* Review group rules before any posting or commenting
* Monitor groups for posts related to local services, household help, cleaning, laundry, junk removal, moving help, senior help, event work, or gig opportunities
* Draft short, natural, helpful replies using approved guidelines
* Track group names, post links, service interest, and lead/applicant status
* Help organize outreach opportunities in a spreadsheet or CRM
* Provide a simple weekly report
* Support additional outreach or recruiting tasks as the role grows

## First Project

The first project will support a local household services brand focused on:

* Laundry pickup and folding
* Cleaning
* Move-out cleaning
* Junk removal
* Household support for busy families and seniors

Over time, this role may also support outreach or recruiting for our other service brands.

## Requirements

* Strong written English
* Experience using Facebook Groups
* Comfortable doing online research
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Able to follow instructions and approved scripts
* Comfortable tracking work in a spreadsheet or CRM
* Good judgment when writing comments or replies
* Reliable communication
* Available during the assigned working hours required by 3T Group Inc
* Willing to start with a paid test assignment before ongoing work is offered

## Schedule

Part-time to start.
