Payout Specialist (Remote | Full-Time)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payout Specialist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage payouts accurately and on time
Handle accounts receivable tasks and reconcile transactions
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or payment issues
Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding payment queries
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Requirements:
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or Customer service role
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working remotely and independently

Nice to Have:
Experience in payout processing or payment platforms
Background working with international clients
