About Us

Credit Clear North is a fast-growing U.S.-based credit restoration and business funding company helping clients improve their credit profiles and position themselves for major financial goals. We have been in business since 2019.

We are looking for a fluent English-speaking Customer Success & Retention Specialist to help support clients, perform Client Summary Reviews and reconnect with previous SmartCredit users who stopped their subscriptions.

This role focuses on customer communication, retention, follow-up, and relationship building.

Main Responsibilities:

Customer Support
Answer client questions professionally
Help clients understand account billing and monitoring services
Reduce confusion related to the SmartCredit trial and monthly membership
Assist clients with onboarding and account concerns
Help reduce refunds and chargebacks
Follow up with clients regarding account issues and concerns
SmartCredit Reactivation
Reach out to previous SmartCredit users
Help reactivate inactive monitoring accounts
Follow up with previous leads and inactive clients
Build trust and maintain professional communication
Keep detailed CRM notes and follow-up activity
Lead Follow-Up
Reconnect with older leads still interested in credit improvement
Schedule callbacks and consultations when needed
Help move leads back into active services
Requirements
Fluent English REQUIRED
Strong communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Friendly, professional, and patient personality
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Organized and dependable
Able to work independently
Preferred Experience
Customer service
Credit repair industry
Retention or reactivation calls
Appointment setting
CRM experience
GoHighLevel experience is a plus

Compensation & Incentives:

Hourly pay based on experience
Performance bonuses available
