Job Overview:
Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and interpreting social media performance data to improve marketing strategies and drive engagement, growth, and conversions across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze performance metrics across platforms such as
Prepare weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reports
Track key KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, and follower growth
Identify trends, audience behavior, and content performance insights
Qualifications:
Experience in social media management or digital marketing analytics
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools
Familiarity with social media platforms and ad managers
Knowledge of reporting tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Good communication skills for presenting insights clearly
